Open Letters

Dear Bean,


Tenant has 45 days in which he/she can gather his belongings and vacate the premises. After which he will be physically removed from the property. He is being evicted due to a breech of contract and destruction of property. Expansions only to the front of the property, within reasonable limits, were discussed. Not only have these limits been exceeded, but additions to the back of the property were also made. Remodeling and gutting the property was never approved, nor was changing the initial layout and base structure. And due to property damage, there are now leaks in both upper and lower levels of the property. Also, late night parties have been discovered on the property and are not greatly appreciated! Any further problems will result in immediate removal!

Dear Pedicure Lady,
I came to you because I can't reach my feet. I sat in your chair because it massaged. You turned it off...WTF? You wouldn't even rub my feet. Then you charged me a full spa pedicure price when all I really got was a $4 paint job. I didn't say anything because all I wanted to do was cry-which I did when I got to the car. I will NOT be coming back to you.

Dear Co-Workers,
I teach Severe-Profound Special Ed....it's my job...I've done it for 4 years. I appreciate your concern for my health while pregnant, but please understand that I have talked to my doctor about picking up my students. I have been cleared to continue to do this unless it hurts my back. If you really want to help--stop telling me what to do and step in. My 60lb kindergartner who just threw a knock-down-drag-out fit in the hallway and is blocking your class isn't going to move on his own, and I smile because there really isn't anything I can do about it! Shut up about how I shouldn't be picking him up and offer to help!
