Yesterday was Amelia's 4 month check-up...a month late. We decided to do a modified schedule for her vaccinations, which means we go monthly so she doesn't have to get so many shots at once. Because of this, her check-up was behind. That doesn't mean that she is behind though! She is 15lbs and 25in long now! She has grown out of most of her 3-6 month clothes and is quite the busy bee these days. She can roll both ways now, but I think that's mostly because she still doesn't enjoy being on her tummy. Since she learned to roll from back to front first, she had to quickly learn how to get off of her back!!
At the appointment, the doctor said we could start introducing a few "solids"---which really aren't solids. Tonight we ventured into the world of orange foods with yams. I made it a bit more mushy by adding some Mommy-Milk :-) She LOVED it! For the most part at least!
